1. Dealmaker Pro & Premium Listing Subscriptions
All paid platform memberships (Dealmaker Pro, Verified Seller Vault) are backed by an unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your matchmaking analytics or deal room tools, contact support within 14 days of subscription for a 100% refund to your source bank account within 5-7 business days.
2. Tri-Party Escrow Deposits & Milestones
Earnest money deposits held in scheduled bank escrow accounts are non-operational funds belonging exclusively to the transacting parties. In the event of a due diligence fallout or unsatisfied condition precedent, funds are reversed according to the explicit terms established in the executed Mutual Term Sheet without unilateral platform withholding.
