We employ end-to-end data minimization, encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), and AES-256 military-grade encryption at rest for all sensitive company KYC filings, audited financials, and PAN/Aadhaar metadata.
2. Strict Confidential Deal Room Access Controls
Audited P&L statements, GST reconciliation sheets, and proprietary operational files uploaded to our Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) are never indexed, crawled by public search bots, or exposed without a signed digital NDA. Watermarking with the requesting user’s verified timestamp is automatically applied to all document previews.
3. Data Subject Rights & Consent Revocation
As a Data Principal under Indian law, you hold the right to access your stored records, request rectification, export transactional logs, and request complete erasure of non-statutory records upon closing deal operations.
